Dr. Isabella believes your body is incredibly resilient when it’s given the right support. Movement is medicine, and her goal isn’t just to get you out of pain; it’s to help you move better, feel stronger, and build a body that helps you do more.

Dr. Isabella completed her bachelor of science with honours where her career helping athletes began with the Queen’s University Football team. She then obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, here in Ontario.

As someone who strength trains, competes in bodybuilding, and spends weekends tackling trail runs, she understands firsthand how important it is to trust your body. That perspective shapes how she practices. Every appointment is tailored to you, combining hands-on treatment, movement assessment, exercise, and education so you leave with a clear understanding of what’s going on and what to do next.

She believes treatment should empower you, not make you dependent on it, and she loves helping people discover they’re capable of more than they thought.
